Destination Wedding in Puerto Rico - TBD
Chezelle Dezines’s knowledge of incredible ceremony locations in Puerto Rico such as breathtaking sunset views, beautiful outdoor courtyards, historic homes, or a private beach all offer brides unique locations for their ceremonies.
We offer packages for the couple looking to elope or for traveling parties of up to 300.
Wedding Planning Blueprint - $275
Wedding planner services include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing an estimated budget
- Preparing an outline of the wedding (i.e. how to seat family and guests, explain responsibilities of wedding party).
- Discuss marriage license procedure
- Provide a list of my preferred vendors
- Free wedding calendar timeline/checklist
- Free one-hour consultation meeting for couple
Rehearsal and Wedding Day Coordinator - $775
Wedding coordinator services on the wedding day include, but are not limited to:
- Follow-up that all deliveries are made on time.
- Assist the bridal party in getting ready, and ensure everyone is aware of their roles, cues, etc.
- Ensure decorations and details are in place.
- Ensure marriage license and rings are present for the ceremony.
- Coordinate the processional order, timing, and spacing.
- Coordinate transfer of ceremony decorations to reception site.
- Provision of a wedding day "emergency kit".
- Ensure events continue to flow according to pre-arranged itinerary
- Assist the bride with bustle, veil, and other attire difficulties
- Supervision of all onsite vendors to ensure everything is provided according to contracts.
- Assist with unexpected situations - vendor no shows, missing items, etc.
- Free one-hour consultation meeting for couple
* 50% deposit is required at signing of contract; balance paid one month prior to the wedding day.
Platinum Wedding Package - $2,500
For the all-inclusive wedding package, this is for you!
Three referrals, pricelists, and information packets for all vendors to include wedding ceremony and reception venues, photographers, entertainment, florists, bakeries, officiates or churches, transportation, men's formal wear, bridal wear, guest accommodations, invitations, linens, and special decor rentals.
- Free wedding planning binder with tip sheets, worksheets, and timeline guides, including pockets for your contacts, pictures, and other important information.
- Schedule appointments and site inspections with vendors, create and type itinerary, secure fees and costs, and accompany you to scheduled appointments and site inspections. Negotiate all vendor contracts and secure deposits.
- Prepare an estimated budget and guide you to ensure you remain on budget.
- Assistance in developing your wedding day itinerary
- Free - Wedding Style Consultation
- One visit to your ceremony and reception venue prior to your wedding (travel charges may apply)
- Unlimited email and telephone questions (long distance excluded)
- 20% discount on invitations designed by Chezelle Dezines (does not include materials or printing cost)
- Coordination of wedding ceremony rehearsal
- My services on your wedding day for a maximum of 12 hours
- Provision of complete wedding "emergency kit"
